How to play youtube videos on vlc media player

First go to youtube and select and copy the video URL

Open vlc media player

                                                                                                                                                   

Next press ctrl+n key on your keyboard

(press "control" and"n" key at the same time ) 

On this way you will get a small window on your vlc media player 

And then paste the URL on same like above the picture and press on play option

Your's selected video plays on vlc media player
